Buildit Program is run by J L Psych Pty Ltd (ABN 48 636 594 468). This page explains what we collect when you enquire and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you enquire through our website, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name, email and mobile number, and a few details about your child such as their age and the group you're interested in.

We don't ask for health information on our enquiry forms. Please don't include it.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you by phone, text or email about a suitable group, and to plan the program.

If you tick the box for updates, we'll also send occasional news about Buildit programs and resources. You can stop these at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link.

Where it's stored

Your enquiry is stored in our secure CRM, which is hosted overseas (U.S.). Anything about your child's health or support needs is handled separately later, with your consent, and is stored on Australian servers.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run our enquiry system, email and text messages. They only handle your details on our behalf.

Ads and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads work. It does not receive anything you type into our website form.

If you enquire through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the details you submit and passes them to us. Meta's own data policy also applies to that form.

We also use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies and don't identify you.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or ask us to remove you from our list, by emailing admin@builditprogram.com.au.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
